If you are looking for an excellent conditioner/shampoo you should try S FACTOR. I just ordered a bottle for us on E-bay for $9 (way cheaper than in the stores $26) My friend Cindy who came to stay with me this past winter bought some and I couldn't believe how easily I could brush my rat's nest after I used the conditioner.
