Jazmine had a lil dinner party this past weekend so I boarded a plane and headed out to Venice Beach. The airport was DEAD both ways-Thank GOD I hate waiting in lines. Jazmine made her apple curry carrot soup and we both made some bruschetta and guacamole (I put waaaaaaaaaay too much garlic tho--I'm still sweating out the garlic smell 3 days later). 90% of the people there were yoga instructors from the Santa Monica/Venice area and a few of their kids. My friend Allison lives right around the corner from Jazmine and so she joined us for the fun as well. Like I was saying I need to start doing yoga. Now i'm home and sick and my eye is swollen and dripping like a faucet WTH!!!!
Usually it's me passed out on the couch, this time it was Jaz's lil one. Mateo knows how to use a Mac better than I do and he just turned 4!!

I had just cut the sleeves off of this vintage dress the day before. It had full lace sleeves and I thought it was just a bit too much.

aww ha! I try but it comes and goes. During the week it's pretty lame so I try to make the most of the weekends.
omg that dress is uber cute! I'm hesitant to hit up the thrift stores right now - all the cute shit will be too small. Then I'll just end up buying the stuff I wished I could fit into, and will have to sell it on Ebay. (sad face)
Yah, I have a ton of vintage jeans that wont fit me now. I can't find those at thriftstores any longer bcuz the stores are SO picked thru.. blah! Thanks for the compliment on the dress ;o)

I was going to put that dress on Ebay. I still may..I will keep ya'll posted when I do. Tron glasses are SO rad, totally excited when I saw them. If you ever come to AZ you will have to hit up Last Chance. 20th st and Camelback.
